By completing this form you acknowledge that you are submitting a fault under your warranty cover. Any user-caused issue, no issue, or out-of-warranty-related issues will be chargeable and will be billed £75.00 per hour plus VAT You will be advised of this and any such charges prior to any work being carried out.

Please provide as much information on the issue as you can including any error codes that are currently displaying on the display of your boiler.

To submit your fault please read the terms and conditions of our support service below and click accept to submit your fault to our team.
Your fault will then be reviewed by a member of our team.
All faults are dealt with on a triage basis with the most urgent cases dealt with on a situation/priority basis.
You will receive a call back from one of our engineers within 72 hours (During Business Hours) for non-emergency faults.
You will also find digital copies of all boiler and heating control manuals in the support section should you need to refer back to them at any time.
Our opening hours are Monday To Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
